• To Register online the entire Fee must be paid. Please visit us at one of our in-person registration dates for payment options. 

• The Raffle Ticket Fee has been added to the final payment. Please pick up Raffle Tickets from Board Members at In-Person Registration.

• Last Name of the Child will be used for the Jersey Name unless otherwise arranged. 

• Returning Players can submit their Jersey Numbers ASAP. You will be contacted after registration is complete and the fee is paid, for Jersey Number options. 

• Returners moving up a level should pick 2 numbers. Returners staying at the same level have first pick at Jersey Numbers. You will be contacted after registration is complete and the fee is paid, for Jersey Number options. 

• All other registered players can submit 2 numbers. Please note that returners have first pick of Jersey Numbers. You will be contacted of a change in number is required. You will be contacted after registration is complete and fee paid for for Jersey Number options. 

• The Age, Weight, and Level of Viper Player will determine Jersey and Pants Sizes. (Determined on fitting day)

• Swag Bags can be picked up at In-Person Registration from a Board Member only after completing registration and the fee paid.
